The work “Crane”is an interactive installation Crane is shaped as a monument. One red iron five-pointed star and pig-like glass piggy bank are connected by a fishing line and they are hung at each side of the crane. Through tossing the coin into the piggy bank , the audience can change the system balance to lift the five-pointed star and lower the piggy bank. The entire work is committed to implying the totalitarianism institution as well as the damages it will bring if the people are fooled under such social institution.
